Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and services operated by VAPP Consulting Limited ("VAPP", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About VAPP Consulting

VAPP Consulting Limited (RC No. 1947042) is a visa facilitation and travel services company registered in Nigeria. We provide visa application support, embassy appointment booking, itinerary planning, travel insurance referrals, and related immigration advisory services to individuals and corporate clients.

VAPP is a facilitator, not an embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We assist clients with application preparation and submission but do not make or influence visa decisions.

2. Eligibility

  • By using our services, you confirm that:
  • You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
  • You will promptly update any information that changes during the course of a service engagement

3. Our Services

3.1 Visa Facilitation

We assist with the preparation, review, and submission of visa applications on your behalf. Our service is advisory and administrative in nature. The final decision on any visa application rests entirely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We make no guarantee of visa approval.

3.2 Embassy Appointment Booking

We assist clients in securing embassy and visa application centre appointments. Appointment availability is subject to the policies and capacity of the relevant authority and is outside our control.

3.3 Itinerary Planning

We provide travel itinerary planning services including flight and hotel booking assistance. These services are offered as a convenience and do not constitute travel agent services unless explicitly stated.

3.4 Eligibility Assessment

Our online eligibility tool provides indicative guidance only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment of your visa eligibility. We recommend consulting with one of our advisors for a full assessment.

3.5 Third-Party Services

Certain services involve third-party providers including payment processors, airlines, hotels, and insurance providers. Your use of those services is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third party. VAPP is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

4. User Obligations

  • When using our services, you agree to:
  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times
  • Not submit fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated documents
  • Not use our platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent immigration laws or misrepresent your circumstances to an embassy or authority
  • Not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of our website or platform
  • Not use our services to facilitate immigration fraud or the submission of false applications

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your service agreement and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are set out in our published pricing or confirmed in writing at the time of engagement. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. We use Paystack and Flutterwave as our payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms.

Fees paid for visa facilitation cover our service charges only and do not include embassy visa fees, which are payable directly to the embassy or visa application centre and are non-refundable by VAPP.

6. Refund Policy

  • Our refund policy is as follows:

If your visa application is refused after we have completed our service engagement, service fees are non-refundable, as our obligation is to prepare and submit your application to a professional standard, not to guarantee approval

If VAPP is unable to proceed with a service due to circumstances within our control, a full or partial refund will be considered at our discretion

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to booking@vappconsulting.com within fourteen (14) days of the triggering event

  • Embassy and visa application centre fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of VAPP Consulting Limited or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

8. Accounts and Application Tracking

Certain features of our platform require you to create an account or access a tracking dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, VAPP's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • VAPP shall not be liable for:
  • Visa refusals or delays by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities
  • Loss of travel bookings or other costs arising from visa delays or refusals
  • Inaccurate information provided by you or on your behalf
  • Force majeure events including government policy changes, travel restrictions, or embassy closures
  • Loss of data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VAPP Consulting Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or any false or misleading information you have provided.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are using our services for unlawful purposes. Upon termination, any outstanding obligations owed to us shall remain enforceable.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with Nigerian arbitration law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
