Terms and Conditions

Official Client Policies & Service Terms — Visaapp Consults Ltd. (Vapp Consulting)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before requesting quotes, making payments, or engaging our travel and visa facilitation services. By transacting with Visaapp Consults Ltd. (operating as Vapp Consulting), you agree to be bound by the policies set out below.

1. Quote Policy

Any quote shared with a client without a corresponding commitment within the period of validity as stated under the said quote is considered invalid. When ready to make payment, a new and updated quote would need to be shared to confirm if the price is still the same.

The Client shares the payment invoice via email along with the required travel document (mostly your passport bio-data page).

The Client receives an acknowledgment receipt from Visaapp Consults
  • Note: Visaapp consults must receive your payment receipt in order to render the required service.
  • Every individual payment includes a ₦25,000 administrative fee which is non-refundable.
  • All installment payments are to be received on the stipulated deadline. If the payment comes later than the stated date, a new rate will apply.
  • Custom Group Bookings: For every custom group booking, an initial 60% deposit must be made within 3 days of acceptance of the service requirements.

3. Payment Validity Period

  • Any payment for a service that has not been utilized will only be valid for a period of one year and it is non-refundable.
  • Payments are transferrable from one package to another of the same value within the same period. In the case of transference to a future trip, a 60 day to the future date notice is required.
  • Payments are transferrable within persons so long as itineraries have not been generated. In the case of transference, a ₦25,000 administrative fee will be charged.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • For every cancellation done immediately after payment, an administrative fee of 25% will be charged.
  • Every cancellation done 1–2 weeks before your visa appointment / submission is invalid. Refunds applicable will be on the terms of the consulates.
  • Your cancellation request must come not later than 2 weeks to the date of your submission, subject to the itineraries already generated. If a client cancels later than this, apart from any bookings already done, cancellation will attract an administrative fee of 25% on the total fare.
  • For installment payment packages, if the client is unable to meet up with the next installment, it will automatically amount to cancellation of service for that package. The payment is transferrable to another equivalent future package or if possible, new terms of possible payment will be negotiated.

5. Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your request early, 1 – 2 weeks before your appointment date, and before bookings are made, you will be charged a ₦15,000 administrative fee and your refund processed to you within a period of 30 days.
  • If you cancel your application later than two weeks of payment, you will be refunded within 30 days.
  • For every incidental cancellation by Visaapp consults, all expenses incurred will be calculated and your outstanding balance will be refunded back to you within the period of 90 days.
  • Any cancellation request on a trip made after 3 weeks of payment or initial deposit will attract a 30% cancellation fee, no refund will be given for a cancellation request made 2 weeks before your appointment date. It can however be used for a future trip after all penalties have been deducted.
  • No refund will be issued for any cancellation request made within the week of your appointment.
  • For cancellation done during the safe period due to the inability to meet up with further installment, the client will be refunded within 30 days after an administrative fee of ₦25,000 has been charged.

6. Visa Issuance Policy

Important Visa Decision Notice:Issuance of visa is not guaranteed. It is at the sole discretion of the consular officer issuing the visa.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable.
  • Regardless of the outcome of your visa application, our service charge is non-refundable.
  • Visaapp consults will not be held responsible for Visa processing delays or rejections.
  • Ensure your documents are up to date and you have met all the necessary requirements for visa application.
  • Service charges are non-refundable.
